Shipping Policy

Elegant Home USA understands that getting your items to you in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. You can expect to receive most items within 5-10 business days after they ship within 24-72 hours. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once your item(s) have shipped we are unable to make any changes to your order.  If there are additional items that you want to have shipped, you can start a separate order.  Our Free Shipping is for Curbside Delivery, any white glove services will incur additional charge.


Covid 19 Notice

Due to Covid-19 there might be delays up to several additional business days for large furniture items and non-essentials.  This notice supersedes other notices herein.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves the warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate or populate on shipping company website.


Backordered Items

When you see "Est. Restock Date" just above the "Add to Cart" button that means that the item will be restocked in the warehouse on or about that date. Although we make every effort that all items shown on Elegant Home USA are in stock or show the item as marked as "Backordered", occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper.  If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item all together.


Ground Shipping

Up to 10 Business Days (does not include processing time or weekends).  Keep in mind that large appliances, larger vanities and oversized furniture may take several extra days.   

Your package may be delivered on a Saturday if shipped via FedEx Home or USPS. 

Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii or for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping is available on certain small items at an additional charge and is non-refundable on returns. Expedited shipping on in-stock orders placed by 5pm ET Monday through Friday will ship the same day and will arrive on a business day, according to the shipment type chosen below.

3 Business Days (does not include processing time). No weekend delivery.

2-Day Air Service

2 Business Days (does not include processing time). No weekend delivery.

Next-Day Air

Next-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. local time to most U.S. addresses; by 8 p.m. to rural areas. No weekend delivery.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If you have ordered a bathroom vanity with a natural stone top please open up the top of the package and examine the stone top to ensure it has arrived without damage.  Please do this while shipper is present and then you can sign for your order.  Claims are very hard to process if you do not point out damage right away and may delay any replacement delivery.  

Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damage damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.

If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately within 24 hours at (877)-266-7568. For your safety and records it is advisable to send us an email as a follow up to your call.  Your email should be sent from the email associated with your Elegant Home USA online account.  We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.


Freight Shipping

Large or heavy items typically ship within two to three business days. Freight delivery is typically 5-10 business days sometimes sooner (Monday through Friday) depending upon your location and size and weight of item(s). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional fees. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) for curbside delivery
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.

The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Request to hold items prior to shipping is allowed.  Once the item is shipped, requesting for delayed shipping is prohibited and will result in item being shipped back to us.  You will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Delivery Notice

Water Adventure Pro encourages customers to ALWAYS inspect packages before signing off on a delivery in case of damaged items. 


Shipping to Canada

Water Adventure Pro does not ship items to Canada or outside USA.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
