Ador Allure is a 3D adjustable massage chair with an advanced SL-track rolling system. The Allure massage chair comes furnished with an intelligent voice control, computer body scan, full body airbag massage, 3 steps of Zero Gravity with 21 auto massage programs.
The Allure includes advanced technology which is an intelligent voice recognition. Voice or speech recognition is the ability of devices to record spoken words or commands by the user. The Ador Allure has a tiny microphone around the Armrest Shortcut area which recognizes 15 different phrases that the user can manage the massage modes by speaking.
The Allure will perform a body scan to map the key areas of the neck and back to ensure the optimal amount of pressure applied during the massage. The scanning technology will detect your shoulders height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.
The 3D Allure comes equipped with 5 levels of 3D Massage Roller Adjustment and Massage Range & Width. The 3D Technology gives you control over the overall intensity of the massage, by moving the rollers in and out from the back of the chair. Unlike most 3D Massage chairs on the market, the chair lets you adjust the 3D Roller depth at any point in the massage, whether you're in an auto mode, or a manual mode. On top of the depth adjustment, there are 5 levels of speed adjustment, and 5 levels of width adjustment available, and 5 levels of Back Massage Intensity.
The Allure also comes standard with Osaki's latest massage rolling track, which massages from your neck, all the way down to your glutes and upper hamstrings. This is called an "SL" rolling track, and it works with the computer body scan at the beginning of every session to give every user a massage that fits their body.
The Allure is designed with efficiency in mind, and that includes the entire airbag system in the chair. The Allure offers a total of 32 airbags in the massage chair. The stream-lined design uses less airbags, while still giving a full-body air compression massage. This also increases the longevity and reliability of the chair.
The Ador 3D Allure is equipped with 3 steps of Zero Gravity, giving the user a weightless feeling during the massage. This gives the user an option on how far back they want their chair to recline automatically, or you can adjust the chair manually with the remote. Different steps of Zero Gravity offers various types including Initial Step, Comfort Step and Deep Step.
The Allure slides forwards to create more space saving from the wall to allow the chair to be within 2 inches away from the wall. Maximizing living space in your home.

The 21 auto programs utilize the 6 different massage techniques available in the chair. These 6 massage styles are Kneading, Tapping, Kneading & Tapping, Shiatsu, Shoulder Lifting and 3D.
The Allure has heating pads located on the Lumbar area. It offers the heat therapy which is a great compliment to the roller and airbag massage. Heating the body's temperature is known to increase blood circulation and loosen tense muscles.
Located in the back portion of the calf massager are spinning rollers with 1 roller that provides a smooth kneading style massage. On the bottom of the foot massage rollers that spin along the arch of the feet which is complimented by airbag massage. As the airbags inflate the feet are pushed down on the spinning rollers increasing the intensity.
The Allure is equipped with Bluetooth technology that reduces the surrounding noise, enhancing your listening experience.
Side panel controller is designed that the user can easily control the chair without using a remote tablet.
Adore Allure thoughtfully designed with a wireless charger for the modern times of digital devices. The user can charge their smartphone on the wireless charging pad located at the top of the armrest.
Extendable Footrest
The footrest can be extended up to 6.5" to ensure the optimal leg length for your height. The foot component will extend outwards and then retract inwards. Simply apply pressure with your feet to be at the desired position

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail.
Order Shipment
Products usually ship out within 1-3 business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of some our products, we do not offer express shipping options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@eleganthomeusa.com. We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Once shipped, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days (does not include processing time or weekends). If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 5-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OKAY with that date.

Due to Covid-19 there might be delays up to several additional business days for larger items and non-essentials. This notice supersedes other notices herein.
Back-ordered Items
When you see "Est. Restock Date" just above the "Add to Cart" button that means that the item will be restocked in the warehouse on or about that date. Although we make every effort that all items shown on Water Adventure Pro are in stock or show the item as marked as "Backordered", occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item all together.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately within 24 hours at (800) 961-6772. For your safety and records it is advisable to send us an email as a follow up to your call. Your email should be sent from the email associated with your Water Adventure Pro online account. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
Freight Shipping
Large or heavy items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Freight delivery is typically 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) for curbside delivery
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. Some items may be very large and heavy, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.
The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Request to hold items prior to shipping is allowed. Once the item is shipped, requesting for delayed shipping is prohibited and will result in item being shipped back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We have a 30-day return policy except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@eleganthomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
