Our motorized lifting platform maximizes the overhead storage potential of your garage. The Attic-Lift comes in various sizes, colors, and lifting capacities, allowing you to modify your overhead storage to fit your needs. Opening can be up to 50"W and 55"D

  • EASY INSTALL! Only attach two motors and two struts on the attic-floor
  • The mounting frame area on the ceiling that is required is 5
  • The Auxx-Lift has ceiling mounting struts that are installed across 3 garage ceiling's joists or ceiling supports (The long 8 ft. side is perpendicular to the joists). It is installed to at least 3 ceilings supports for extra redundancy. If you want the lift installed running with the joists you can purchase an extra hardware kit from our store.
  • The auxx-lift comes standard for floor-to-ceiling heights of up to 13 ft. We offer longer cables to accommodate up to 20 ft. floor-to-ceiling heights.
  • The minimum recommended clearance is 18 in between the garage door and the ceiling.

 

 

 

Features

Powerful motors

The Attic-Lift uses two tubular motors that are synced via the control unit to ensure the platform stays level.

Both motors are mounted on steel strut channels which are anchors via lag screws on your attic's floor joists/rafters.

  • Aircraft Cables

    The platform is hoisted by four hot-dipped galvanized 7x19 steel cables made from 133 wires each. The cables are wrapped in a vinyl coating which not only protects your hands but also seals in any lubrications, increasing its useful life.

    We offer three versions allowing for 13ft, 16ft, and 20ft vertical travel distances, respectively.

Easy installation

We know that installing a lift may seem intimidating. Don’t worry. The Attic-Lift was designed to be easy to install, and this guide includes everything you need for the installation process. If any step in this guide is unclear, watch our installation videos. If you do not feel comfortable performing any step yourself, please contact a handyman. Before starting, make sure to have reviewed the entire manual.

What is covered?

Any defect in material and workmanship from personal, normal household use in accordance with the Owner’s Manual.

What we will do?

If your Auxx-Lift Product is defective, we will send replacement parts or, at our option, replace it at no charge to you after the defective product is returned. If we send replacement parts for your Auxx-Lift Product, we may use new or reconditioned parts. If we choose to replace your Auxx-Lift Product, we may replace it with a new or reconditioned one of the same or similar design.

How to get warranty service?

To get warranty service for your Auxx-Lift Product, you must provide proof of date and place of purchase of the product. Trained representatives will assist in diagnosing the problem and will arrange to supply you with required parts for repairs or replacement product after defective product is returned to Auxx-Lift. Warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover installation commercial use, defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our service location or damage resulting from altercations misuses or abuse, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repair or modifications of the product, affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, staples through wiring, pinched or broken wires, broken cables power outages, use of extension cords, missing or damaged parts or discounted clearance, final sale or taped cartons fire, flood, acts of God, or failure to follow the Owner’s Manual. This warranty is the only one we will give on your Auxx-Lift Product. There are no other express warranties. Customer pays for shipping on warranty replacements.

 

Additional Hardware Kit

The Auxx-Lift can be mounted on any ceiling (rafters/joists/sloped ceiling) THIS KIT IS OPTIONAL: Normally the lift's motors run parallel to the ceiling joists. If you want the motors to run perpendicular to your joists you will need this kit. This additional kit will turn the platform 90 Degrees

Products $199.99 and below will incur additional flat shipping rate of $15.

Free freight delivery is for CURBSIDE only. White glove delivery service, which is room of choice and assembly, will incur additional charge.  Please email us at info@eleganthomeusa.com for white glove delivery service options.

 

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail.

 

Order Shipment

Products usually ship out within 1-3 business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of some our products, we do not offer express shipping options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@eleganthomeusa.com.   We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Estimated Time of Arrival

Once shipped, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days (does not include processing time or weekends).  If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 5-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OKAY with that date.

 

Covid 19 Notice

Due to Covid-19 there might be delays up to several additional business days for larger items and non-essentials.  This notice supersedes other notices herein.

 

Back-ordered Items

When you see "Est. Restock Date" just above the "Add to Cart" button that means that the item will be restocked in the warehouse on or about that date. Although we make every effort that all items shown on Water Adventure Pro are in stock or show the item as marked as "Backordered", occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper.  If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item all together.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.

If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately within 24 hours at (800) 961-6772. For your safety and records it is advisable to send us an email as a follow up to your call.  Your email should be sent from the email associated with your Water Adventure Pro online account.  We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.

 

Freight Shipping

Large or heavy items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Freight delivery is typically 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) for curbside delivery
 
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. Some items may be very large and heavy, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.

The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Request to hold items prior to shipping is allowed.  Once the item is shipped, requesting for delayed shipping is prohibited and will result in item being shipped back to us.  You will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Delivery Notice

Elegant Home USA encourages customers to ALWAYS inspect packages before signing off on a delivery in case of damaged items.

We have a 30-day return policy except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • For all HOMEY DESIGN items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Damages caused from transit must be noted on delivery documentation BEFORE the freight carrier leaves. YOU MUST inspect all boxes for damages before signing release documents.  If damages are observed, refuse delivery and inform us via email right away.  If you do not inspect your merchandise at time of arrival, damages observed later will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.  Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase date.  
  • For all LEGION FURNITURE items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery
  • For all AVCON Outdoor Shower Enclosures, all sales are final and nonrefundable.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable local building codes.
  • For all American Fyre Designs MADE TO ORDER, all items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.  

 

Cancellations

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started. 

 

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@eleganthomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns.   Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@eleganthomeusa.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

I bought this yesterday and I was able to install it within an hour and store my bikes on it without an issue. It got it off the floor of my garage and gave me plenty of space to walk under it.
