The newly enhanced 4D L-track massage is designed to massage wider, deeper, and more precisely than the conventional massage rollers. The 4D massage technology will mimic the hands of a professional masseur. The Osaki OS-Pro 4D Emperor offers 8 different levels of 4D intensity. With the variety of adjustment levels, such as 5 levels of air massage intensity and speed of the rollers.

 

 

The 4D Emperor will perform a body scan to map the key areas of the neck and back to ensure the optimal amount of pressure applied during the massage. The scanning technology will detect your shoulders height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.

 

 

Demo: This program will cycle through briefly all its different massages it has to offer.
Relax: This program utilizes a softer massage to help bring the user into a more relax state where the massage is less aggressive.
Swing: This program will massage the user while rocking in a back and forth movement to create a more calming state of mind and experience.
Stretch: This program will inflate certain regions pinning you to the chair and then proceed to stretch out the body from your legs to your shoulder while getting massaged
Scraping: This program perform a scraping style massage pressing in and releasing in a down and upward motion. This is great to stretch out muscles in isolated areas.
Shiatsu: This program helps to perform a more pinpointed massage along the back. This massage style helps to focus on certain pressure points in the back targeting tense muscles.
Gentle Relief: This program helps to performs a tapping action with tapping.
Rejuvenate: This program utilizes the strong massage styles and aggressively massages the back.

 

 

 

The Osaki OS-Pro 4D Emperor has the most advanced back heating system with mild infrared heat. The roller itself will heat up at the same time. The heated back roller allows for a far greater surface heating area, From the neck down to the hamstrings. It applies an infrared heat which is deep penetrating compared to traditional thermal heat with the high temperatures. The warm heat will compliment the massage in loosening the muscles.

 

 

 

The Emperor combines both the S and L track technology for an exceptional massage experience. The S-Track rollers will contour the natural curvature of your spine. The L-Track extends from your neck, all the way down past your lower back, and finally massaging underneath the back of your upper thighs. The L-Track offers about 50% more massage area than your average S-Track chairs.

 

 

There are multiple airbags located throughout the massage chair to offer a full body massage experience. The Emperor offers a total of 18 highly advanced airbags in the massage chair. Airbags are located at the shoulders, arms, waist and pelvis, and the calf areas. The total air bags have been reduced but covers more surface area than previous technology with far greater efficiency and reliability.

 

 

Regardless of body type the adjustable shoulder massager can be easily tightened by pushing the massagers inwards. There are 3 adjustable sizes on each side. To reset to the default width simply push in all the way on both sides and it will release.

 

 

 

Side panel controller is designed that the user can easily control the chair without using a remote tablet. The user can adjusting 4D intensity, reclining positions, Zero Gravity, Auto massage program and Heating function.

 

 

 

USB Charger & Wireless Charger: Osaki OS-Pro 4D Emperor thoughtfully designed with a wireless charger for the modern times of digital devices. The user can charge their smartphone on the wireless charging pad located at the top of the armrest. Please not the wireless charger is only available with wireless charging capability.
Touch Screen Controller: The Osaki OS-Pro 4D Emperor’s remote is upgraded to Touch Screen Remote Tablet. It has an easy view screen displaying the function of the chair. It also has magnetic holder that holds the remote into place. The interface is very easy to navigate and adjust settings.

 

 

Emperor is equipped with 2 stages of zero gravity, giving the user a weightless feeling during the massage. This gives the user an option on how far back they want their chair to recline automatically, or you can adjust the chair manually with the remote. Inspired by NASA the Zero Gravity is to help reduce the stress on the back, evenly distributing the weight and pressure.

 

 

The Emperor 4D only needs 4.7” from the backrest to the wall, which reduces the amount of space the chair takes up. Space saving design allows you to maximize your valuable living space.

 

 

 

On the upper section of the leg rest, the air massagers will rotate in a circular motion to add a new dimension to the calf massage. For the foot portion addition components have been added to stretch and massage the bridge and heel of the foot. The experience is like no other.

 

 

Underneath the feet there are spinning reflexology rollers to provide an outstanding foot massage. The rollers under the feet will travel along the sides and arches of your feet to provide a more dimensional kneading experience.

 

 

The foot component will extend outwards and then retract inwards when scanning the length of the user’s legs. Simply apply pressure with your feet to indicated to the leg scanner that length is at the desired position. remote also allows for the user to auto adjust the legrest to either extend or retract.

 

 

Osaki OS-Pro 4D Emperor is equipped with Bluetooth technology with an Amphitheater sound system that reduces the surrounding noise, enhancing your listening experience. This allows you to listen to your favorite tunes or podcast on Osaki’s highest grade of audio speakers located in the headrest. It is advised to activate the Bluetooth speakers at the lowest volume before playing music, and then gradually increasing to a desired level.

 

 

The Osaki OS-Pro 4D Emperor has 20 different auto massage programs divided into 4 different massage area categories. There is Neck & Shoulder, Lower Back, Manual and Advanced categories.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment

Products usually ship out within 1-3 business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of some our products, we do not offer express shipping options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@eleganthomeusa.com.   We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Estimated Time of Arrival

Once shipped, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days (does not include processing time or weekends).  If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 5-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OKAY with that date.

Covid 19 Notice

Due to Covid-19 there might be delays up to several additional business days for larger items and non-essentials.  This notice supersedes other notices herein.

Back-ordered Items

When you see "Est. Restock Date" just above the "Add to Cart" button that means that the item will be restocked in the warehouse on or about that date. Although we make every effort that all items shown on Water Adventure Pro are in stock or show the item as marked as "Backordered", occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper.  If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item all together.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.

If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately within 24 hours at (800) 961-6772. For your safety and records it is advisable to send us an email as a follow up to your call.  Your email should be sent from the email associated with your Water Adventure Pro online account.  We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.

Freight Shipping

Large or heavy items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Freight delivery is typically 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) for curbside delivery
 
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. Some items may be very large and heavy, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.

The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Request to hold items prior to shipping is allowed.  Once the item is shipped, requesting for delayed shipping is prohibited and will result in item being shipped back to us.  You will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We have a 30-day return policy except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

• For all HOMEY DESIGN items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Damages caused from transit must be noted on delivery documentation BEFORE the freight carrier leaves. YOU MUST inspect all boxes for damages before signing release documents.  If damages are observed, refuse delivery and inform us via email right away.  If you do not inspect your merchandise at time of arrival, damages observed later will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.  Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase date.  
• For all LEGION FURNITURE items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery
• For all AVCON Outdoor Shower Enclosures, all sales are final and nonrefundable.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable local building codes.
• For all American Fyre Designs MADE TO ORDER, all items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.  

Cancellations

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started. 

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@eleganthomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns.   Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@eleganthomeusa.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
