Excellent Quality Except For The Mattress Cover

The delivery of the cabinet bed went very smoothly. The Cabinet Bed from CabinetBed Inc is well built and of excellent quality, except for the mattress cover.

One of the sections of the mattress cover is significantly yellow compared to the other two sections which are much whiter. Also, the zipper on the yellow section is stuck and does not open, we are afraid it will break. The zippers on the other two sections open but not smoothly. We don't know how we can get the mattress cover off in the future when it needs to be washed. We are surprised the mattress cover passed quality control by CabinetBed Inc.

A bit involved to put together and you’ll need help. After setup it really is quite comfortable. The biggest hurdle is getting into your place. The free shipping is as freight only to your entryway. The item is quite large and heavy and getting it into your place and finally to the room of your choice is a challenge even with help

Somewhat satisfied

Shipping method was done very well. Everything arrived without any visible damage. The power cord is difficult to connect and the connection on the stove is flimsy so be careful. Also the surround should be notched for the power cord to exit from rear of insert.
