With the Osaki OS-Pro Maestro massage chair, you will have complete control of your relaxation experience. Massages are adjustable with 8 4D adjustments, 5 Strength adjustments, 5 Intensity adjustments, and 5 speed adjustments for the massage rollers. With the variety of adjustment levels, the user can customize the massage to suit their personal preferences.

The newly enhanced 4D L-track massage is designed to massage wider, deeper, and more rhythmically than the conventional massage rollers. The 4D massage allows another experience with account for the speed and rhythm of the massage. For the ultimate customization, the side of the inner armrest can access Power, Play/Pause, Auto, Zero Gravity, and 4D adjustment. The Osaki OS-Pro Maestro combines both the S and L track technology for an exceptional massage experience. The S-Track rollers will contour the natural curvature of your spine. The L-Track extends from your neck, all the way down past your lower back, and finally wrapping underneath the back of your thighs. The L-Track offers about 50% more massage area than your average S-Track chairs.

 

The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE has the most advanced back heating system. The heated back roller allows for a far greater surface heating area.  

 

The OS-Pro Maestro will perform a body scan to map the key areas of the neck and back to ensure the optimal amount of pressure applied during the massage. The scanning technology will detect your shoulders height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.

 

The ottoman will scan your legs to ensure the optimal leg length for your height. The foot component will extend outwards and then retract inwards. Simply apply pressure with your feet to indicated to the leg scanner that length is at the desired position. remote also allows for one to auto adjust the leg component to either extend or retract to the user’s personal needs. 

 

The Osaki OS-Pro Maestro has 8 automatic massage programs to choose from.

  • DemoThis program is used to help demonstrate the basic massages the chair has to offer.
      Relax This program helps to utilize a softer massage to help bring the user into a more loosened and stress-free state.
  • SwingThis program will massage the user while rocking in a back and forth movement to create a more calming state throughout the massage.
  • StretchThis program will utilize locking of the legs, hips, arms, shoulders using the airbags and then reclining/declining in order to stretch parts of the body. The stretch function helps to perform a light stretch for the calves, hamstrings, shoulders, and waist.
  • Scraping This program helps to perform the scraping style massage moving from the inside of the body towards the outside. This helps to direct the blood flow better for a better massage.
  • Shiatsu This program helps to perform a more pinpointed massage along the back. This massage style helps to focus on certain pressure points in the back to help relieve more stress from the individual.
  • Lady This program is designed to help increase the blood flow and relaxation of the average Female.
  • GentlemanThis program is designed to help increase the blood flow and relaxation of the average Male.

 

The Osaki OS-Pro Maestro massage chair comes with manual modes so you can pinpoint a desired massage for a specific area on your back. The Maestro can perform Kneading, Tapping, Shiatsu, and Rolling with 4 different Characteristics/Modes per massage style. You can either pinpoint a specific spot on your back for the massage or massage by sections of the body. Focus can be places on shoulders, arms, lower back or even the calves. As well the chair offers specific custom settings for Neck/Shoulder, Lower back, and Air massage.

 

There are multiple airbags located throughout the massage chair to offer a full body massage experience. Airbags are located at the shoulders, arms, waist and pelvis, and the calf and feet areas. This compression massage helps to continue increasing blood circulation throughout the body to relieve pain and tension.

 

Underneath the feet there are spinning reflexology rollers to provide an outstanding foot massage. The rollers under the feet will travel along the sides and middle of your feet to provide a more hands on kneading experience. Along with the foot rollers the calf portion will inflate to the appropriate amount of pressure and then initiate a calf kneading massage. Allowing the calf portion to provide a calf kneading motion will increase the blood flow of the legs, helping them to reach a higher level of relaxation.
 
All New Calf, Bridge, Knee & Heal Massage
On the upper section of the leg rest, the air massagers will rotate in a circular motion to add a new dimension to the calf massage.  For the foot portion addition components have been added to stretch and massage the bridge and heel of the foot. The experience is like no other.

 

 

Inspired by NASA, the Zero Gravity position is the perfect position for ultimate relaxation. When placed in Zero Gravity position, the weight of your back will be virtually supported by the backrest. In this position when the knees are brought above the chest will optimize your blood flow, in order to relax the body more. This will in turn help to maximize the intensity of the massage and reduces the compression along your spine.  

 

The Osaki OS-Pro Maestro only needs 3” from the backrest to the wall, which reduces the amount of space the chair takes up. As you recline the massage chair will slide forward, which allows you to maximize your living space.

 

The Osaki OS-Pro Maestro is equipped with Bluetooth technology and an Amphitheater sound system that reduces the surrounding noise, enhancing your listening experience. This allows you to listen to your favorite music on Osaki’s highest grade of audio speakers located in the headrest. It is advised to activate the Bluetooth speakers at the lowest volume before playing music, and then gradually increasing to a desired level. The blue light on the speakers will indicate if the speakers have synced with your device.

 

The Slim LCD remote control is very simple to use. There are 4 simple buttons on the bottom of the remote to adjust recline, incline, auto, and home. The touch screen makes it easy to select the massage of choice and adjust any other settings necessary. You can use the buttons to navigate through the menu to select either Neck/Shoulder, Lower Back, Auto, Manual, Advance, or Air Massage. The massage timer can be set from 5-minute adjustments starting from 5 minutes up to 30 minutes.

 

On the side of the inner armrest you can access Power, Play/Pause, Auto, Zero Gravity, and 4D adjustment. You can even charge your device using the available USB outlet while using your phone or tablet.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail.

 

Order Shipment

Products usually ship out within 1-3 business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of some our products, we do not offer express shipping options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@eleganthomeusa.com.   We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Estimated Time of Arrival

Once shipped, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days (does not include processing time or weekends).  If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 5-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OKAY with that date.

 

Covid 19 Notice

Due to Covid-19 there might be delays up to several additional business days for larger items and non-essentials.  This notice supersedes other notices herein.

 

Back-ordered Items

When you see "Est. Restock Date" just above the "Add to Cart" button that means that the item will be restocked in the warehouse on or about that date. Although we make every effort that all items shown on Water Adventure Pro are in stock or show the item as marked as "Backordered", occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper.  If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item all together.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.

If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately within 24 hours at (800) 961-6772. For your safety and records it is advisable to send us an email as a follow up to your call.  Your email should be sent from the email associated with your Water Adventure Pro online account.  We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.

 

Freight Shipping

Large or heavy items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Freight delivery is typically 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) for curbside delivery
 
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. Some items may be very large and heavy, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.

The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Request to hold items prior to shipping is allowed.  Once the item is shipped, requesting for delayed shipping is prohibited and will result in item being shipped back to us.  You will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We have a 30-day return policy except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • For all HOMEY DESIGN items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Damages caused from transit must be noted on delivery documentation BEFORE the freight carrier leaves. YOU MUST inspect all boxes for damages before signing release documents.  If damages are observed, refuse delivery and inform us via email right away.  If you do not inspect your merchandise at time of arrival, damages observed later will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.  Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase date.  
  • For all LEGION FURNITURE items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery
  • For all AVCON Outdoor Shower Enclosures, all sales are final and nonrefundable.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable local building codes.
  • For all American Fyre Designs MADE TO ORDER, all items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.  

 

Cancellations

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started. 

 

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@eleganthomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns.   Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@eleganthomeusa.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
