4D Massage

Osaki OS- 4D Pro Paragon is designed as in high technological and enhanced 4D massage technique that massage wider, deeper and more rhythmically than the conventional massage rollers. The 4D massage mechanism allows another experience with account for the speed and rhythm of the massage.

The Osaki OS-Pro Maestro allows 4 different levels of adjustment for the 4D massage. With the variety of adjustment levels, the user can customize the massage to suit their personal preferences.  With the Osaki OS-4D Pro Paragon massage chair, the user can control of massaging experience with 4 4D adjustments and 5 levels of speed adjustments.

Multi-Angled L-Track

Unlike other L-track massage chairs, the Paragon has a multi-angle L-track feature. It offers a diverse angle of L-track massage mechanism, which means that the L-track roller moves up and down angles at hamstring areas. When the massage chair reclines, other massage chair rollers do not move, and offers fixed rollers at the hamstring, however the Paragon's L-track moves upwards to provide a more realistic massage feature on the hamstring area.

Heated Back Roller Massage

The Osaki OS-4D Pro Paragon has the most advanced back heating system. The heated back roller allows for a far greater surface heating area.  

Body Scan Technology

The OS-4D Pro Paragon will perform a body scan to map the key areas of the neck and back to ensure the optimal amount of pressure applied during the massage. The scanning technology will detect the shoulders height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.

Heating on Foot Roller

There are spinning reflexology rollers located at the bottom of the footrest providing a soothing kneading massage. When the rollers spin, it stimulates heating therapy around the foot areas and offers mild to strong pressures and warm condition for more relaxed and reduce tiredness.

Calf Kneading

Underneath the feet there are spinning reflexology rollers to provide an outstanding foot massage. The rollers under the feet will travel along the sides and middle of your feet to provide a more hands on kneading experience. Along with the foot rollers the calf portion will inflate to the appropriate amount of pressure and then initiate a calf kneading massage. Allowing the calf portion to provide a calf kneading motion will increase the blood flow of the legs, helping them to reach a higher level of relaxation.
On the upper section of the leg rest, the air massagers will rotate in a circular motion to add a new dimension to the calf massage. For the foot portion addition components have been added to stretch and massage the bridge and heel of the foot. The experience is like no other.​

Automatic Leg Extension & Covered Footrest

The ottoman will scan the legs to ensure the optimal leg length for the user’s height. The foot component extends and retracts within 8.7” automatically. Simply apply pressure with the feet to indicated to the leg scanner that length is at the desired and comfortable position for better massage. Remote also allows for one to auto adjust the leg component to either extend or retract to the user’s customizable needs.  Additionally, the footrest is covered over toes which makes the foot warmer during the massage. Foot warming stimulates an improvement of blood circulation.

Zero Gravity

The Paragon offers zero-gravity feature which brings the knees above the chest and optimizes the blood flow to help the user to be more relaxed. When reclined into the zero-gravity position, the complete weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest which maximizes the intensity of the massage. In this position when the knees are brought above the chest will optimize your blood flow, in order to relax the body more. The user can experience the most convenience and diverse preferences of zero-gravity system for you.

Space Saving

Space saving feature is one of the crucial functions for massage chair user whom wants to maximize the space area in the home. The massage chair extends space area during the zero-gravity, however OS-4D Pro Paragon saves up to 3.15 inches of the space from the wall. No more concern about the size of area that the massage chair enlarges the space of home.

Bluetooth Speaker

There are multiple speakers surrounding the headrest. The Bluetooth wireless music player can integrate music into the massage techniques with synchronized therapy, which allow the rollers to massage you to the beats of the music. Relaxing with music therapy will helps the user’s blood and ease fatigue.

LED Remote & Remote pocket

The Osaki OS-4D Pro Paragon has detailed LED displaying remote controller with ease control buttons that the easily approach to the diverse functions of the massage chair. Where the rollers are, which part of body is heating, zero-gravity or diverse massage functions on/off are shown on the LED display screen. The buttons can be navigated easily through the menu to select either Neck/Shoulder, Lower Back, Auto, Manual, Advance, or Air Massage. The massage timer can be set from 5-minute adjustments starting from 5 minutes up to 30 minutes.

Products $199.99 and below will incur additional flat shipping rate of $15.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment

Products usually ship out within 1-3 business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of some our products, we do not offer express shipping options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@eleganthomeusa.com.   We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Estimated Time of Arrival

Once shipped, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days (does not include processing time or weekends).  If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 5-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OKAY with that date.

Covid 19 Notice

Due to Covid-19 there might be delays up to several additional business days for larger items and non-essentials.  This notice supersedes other notices herein.

Back-ordered Items

When you see "Est. Restock Date" just above the "Add to Cart" button that means that the item will be restocked in the warehouse on or about that date. Although we make every effort that all items shown on Water Adventure Pro are in stock or show the item as marked as "Backordered", occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper.  If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item all together.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.

If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately within 24 hours at (800) 961-6772. For your safety and records it is advisable to send us an email as a follow up to your call.  Your email should be sent from the email associated with your Water Adventure Pro online account.  We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.

Freight Shipping

Large or heavy items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Freight delivery is typically 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) for curbside delivery
 
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. Some items may be very large and heavy, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.

The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Request to hold items prior to shipping is allowed.  Once the item is shipped, requesting for delayed shipping is prohibited and will result in item being shipped back to us.  You will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We have a 30-day return policy except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

• For all HOMEY DESIGN items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Damages caused from transit must be noted on delivery documentation BEFORE the freight carrier leaves. YOU MUST inspect all boxes for damages before signing release documents.  If damages are observed, refuse delivery and inform us via email right away.  If you do not inspect your merchandise at time of arrival, damages observed later will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.  Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase date.  
• For all LEGION FURNITURE items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery
• For all AVCON Outdoor Shower Enclosures, all sales are final and nonrefundable.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable local building codes.
• For all American Fyre Designs MADE TO ORDER, all items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.  

Cancellations

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started. 

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@eleganthomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns.   Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@eleganthomeusa.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
