L-Track Massage

The L-Track system massages from the neck, past the glutes, and down to the back portion of the thighs. The track in which the massage heads move are curved to contour the back and glutes area.

​Space Saving Recline Technology

Typical massage chairs consume a more space due to the chair being in a reclined position. Massage chairs require up to 3 feet behind the backrest for the chair to fully recline. Titan’s innovative design team has engineered a space saving technology that slides the chair forward as the chair reclines. Fully reclined this chair can be positioned within 6 inches of a wall for maximum space saving.​

Lumbar Heating Pad

On each side of the lower lumbar area there are individual heating pads. The heat therapy is a great compliment to the roller and airbag massage. Heating the body’s temperature is known to increase blood circulation and loosen tense muscles. The heating pad is not intended to exceed more than 30 minutes of usage a day.

Zero Gravity Positioning

Inspired by NASA, the Zero gravity position is a great way to enjoy a massage. It positions the spine so that it reduces the vertical pressure. In the Zero Gravity position, the weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest which helps maximizes the intensity of the massage.

6 Massage Techniques

The Osaki OS-4000 CS has 6 unique massage styles: Kneading, Tapping, Rolling, Shiatsu, Kneading & Tapping and Kneading & Shiatsu.
For the user’s convenience there are 6 pre-set programs to select from. Each pre-set program is unique and will focus more on one particular massage style than the other

  • Kneading- The massage rollers move in a circular motion​

  • Tapping - The massage heads will drum up and down along the spine. There are 5 intensity speeds that can be controlled from the remote.

  • Rolling- The roller heads will roll up and down along the spine in a linear motion. The widths of the rollers can be adjusted to 3 different widths.

  • Shiatsu- Shiatsu massage is a kneading action with a quick rhythmic pulsating movement similar to a tapping. The tapping action will pause and starts.

Osaki strives to make its chairs efficient and extremely reliable. Other brands will market their chairs to have 70+ airbags for a full body massage. The engineers believe with more airbags and more valves, the more strain the air pump endures. With more moving parts there’s a greater chance of something failing. Osaki has been engineering its chairs to reduce the airbag count and at the same time increasing the surface area by using more pliable and durable material which have received great feedback. All 24 airbags are strategically placed to optimize the squeezing effect of the shoulders, arms, hands, hips, calves and feet.​

Products $199.99 and below will incur additional flat shipping rate of $15.

Free freight delivery is for CURBSIDE only. White glove delivery service, which is room of choice and assembly, will incur additional charge.  Please email us at info@eleganthomeusa.com for white glove delivery service options.

 

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail.

 

Order Shipment

Products usually ship out within 1-3 business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of some our products, we do not offer express shipping options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@eleganthomeusa.com.   We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Estimated Time of Arrival

Once shipped, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days (does not include processing time or weekends).  If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 5-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OKAY with that date.

 

Covid 19 Notice

Due to Covid-19 there might be delays up to several additional business days for larger items and non-essentials.  This notice supersedes other notices herein.

 

Back-ordered Items

When you see "Est. Restock Date" just above the "Add to Cart" button that means that the item will be restocked in the warehouse on or about that date. Although we make every effort that all items shown on Water Adventure Pro are in stock or show the item as marked as "Backordered", occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper.  If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item all together.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.

If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately within 24 hours at (800) 961-6772. For your safety and records it is advisable to send us an email as a follow up to your call.  Your email should be sent from the email associated with your Water Adventure Pro online account.  We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.

 

Freight Shipping

Large or heavy items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Freight delivery is typically 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) for curbside delivery
 
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. Some items may be very large and heavy, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.

The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Request to hold items prior to shipping is allowed.  Once the item is shipped, requesting for delayed shipping is prohibited and will result in item being shipped back to us.  You will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Delivery Notice

Elegant Home USA encourages customers to ALWAYS inspect packages before signing off on a delivery in case of damaged items.

We have a 30-day return policy except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • For all HOMEY DESIGN items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Damages caused from transit must be noted on delivery documentation BEFORE the freight carrier leaves. YOU MUST inspect all boxes for damages before signing release documents.  If damages are observed, refuse delivery and inform us via email right away.  If you do not inspect your merchandise at time of arrival, damages observed later will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.  Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase date.  
  • For all LEGION FURNITURE items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery
  • For all AVCON Outdoor Shower Enclosures, all sales are final and nonrefundable.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable local building codes.
  • For all American Fyre Designs MADE TO ORDER, all items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.  

 

Cancellations

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started. 

 

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@eleganthomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns.   Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@eleganthomeusa.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
