Computer Body Scan

Equipped with the latest technology, it allows for the rollers to map the back curvature with even more accuracy, which translates into a more precise massage hitting all the key areas. Unique Foot Roller

Located on the bottom of the feet are 2 rows of spinning reflexology massagers which provide a soothing kneading style application. As the rollers spin it will stimulate acupuncture points and as the air bags inflate it will generate a much deeper massage along the bottoms of your feet.

Zero Gravity Massage

Inspired by NASA technology, the Zero gravity position is the perfect position to enjoy a massage, aligning your back relative to your thigh at an optimal level of comfort. When reclined into the zero gravity position, the complete weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest which maximizes the intensity of the massage. This feature improves spinal decompression and decreases muscle tension of the spine. There are 2 stages of zero gravity, the 2nd being more reclined. When reclined fully, to where your legs are higher than your heart level, the therapeutic effects are incredibly effective and may be felt immediately.

 

 

Next Generation Air Massage Technology

Osaki OS-4000T has re-engineered and developed the next generation of air massage technology, streamlining the air massager to a lower count. Through innovative engineering, we have reduced the total number of air bags but have increased the volume and surface area of massage. By doing so the total number of working valves has drastically reduced from prior model. Which ultimately puts less stress on the chair, making it one of the most mechanically sound massage chairs in the market.

Auto Recline and Leg Extension

This chair defines luxury. Fully automatic to make every movement effortless. The simple to use remote control allows you to operate the foot extension, leg rest, recline of backrest, and the zero gravity position.

 

 

Wireless Controller

Located on the top right of the main remote you will find a compact wireless remote allowing you to control the main features of the chair without having to struggle to reach the main remote in the reclined position.

 

 

Calf & Foot Massage

There are multiple air bags along the sides and back of the legs and feet which inflate to apply a compression massage. Located along the bottom foot massager are spinning rollers that apply a concentrated pin-point kneading massage.

 

 

 

Lower Back Heat Therapy

Placed in the lower back region of the chair are 2 heating pads that enhance the massage experience.


Shoulder, Lumbar & Hip Squeeze

In the upper to mid portion of the chair, the air bags are programed to inflate at independent times, which causes the body to twist, creating an enjoyable deep stretch. Stretching is applied to the shoulders, lower back, hips, and thighs.

 

Full Size Easy-to-Use Remote

The OS-4000T remote presents one of the largest viewing screens to easily visualize what functions the chair has activated. There is also a flip down cover to access the manual functions of the chair. The remote allows you to select the massage type, intensity, speed and location. You can also independently select  the area of airbag massage. The manual mode massage includes kneading, tapping, shiatsu, rolling, combination and Swedish.

  • Air Intensity Adjustment - The air intensity of the air bags can be controlled up to 5 levels, from mild to strong.
  • 3 Levels of Intensity for the massage - The roller heads that apply the massage to the back, can be extended outwards causing the rollers to press more firmly along the back. This will result in a more vigorous massage.
  • Massage Speed Control - The speed in which the massage heads move can be controlled up to 3 different speeds, ranging from slow to fast.

 

Auto Leg Scan

The calf and foot massager is capable of making adjustments according to each individual's leg length ensuring that the massage air bags are concentrating on the correct areas. At the start of the massage, the chair will fully extend out and then retract. Once the foot massager has reached the desired length, firmly press your totes down to indicate the chair to stop.

 

Seat Vibration

Located in the seat base is a vibration plate that provides a vibration massage to the back of the thighs.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail.

 

Order Shipment

Products usually ship out within 1-3 business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of some our products, we do not offer express shipping options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@eleganthomeusa.com.   We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Estimated Time of Arrival

Once shipped, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days (does not include processing time or weekends).  If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 5-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OKAY with that date.

 

Covid 19 Notice

Due to Covid-19 there might be delays up to several additional business days for larger items and non-essentials.  This notice supersedes other notices herein.

 

Back-ordered Items

When you see "Est. Restock Date" just above the "Add to Cart" button that means that the item will be restocked in the warehouse on or about that date. Although we make every effort that all items shown on Water Adventure Pro are in stock or show the item as marked as "Backordered", occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper.  If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item all together.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.

If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately within 24 hours at (800) 961-6772. For your safety and records it is advisable to send us an email as a follow up to your call.  Your email should be sent from the email associated with your Water Adventure Pro online account.  We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.

 

Freight Shipping

Large or heavy items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Freight delivery is typically 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) for curbside delivery
 
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. Some items may be very large and heavy, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.

The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Request to hold items prior to shipping is allowed.  Once the item is shipped, requesting for delayed shipping is prohibited and will result in item being shipped back to us.  You will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Delivery Notice

Elegant Home USA encourages customers to ALWAYS inspect packages before signing off on a delivery in case of damaged items.

We have a 30-day return policy except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • For all HOMEY DESIGN items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Damages caused from transit must be noted on delivery documentation BEFORE the freight carrier leaves. YOU MUST inspect all boxes for damages before signing release documents.  If damages are observed, refuse delivery and inform us via email right away.  If you do not inspect your merchandise at time of arrival, damages observed later will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.  Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase date.  
  • For all LEGION FURNITURE items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery
  • For all AVCON Outdoor Shower Enclosures, all sales are final and nonrefundable.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable local building codes.
  • For all American Fyre Designs MADE TO ORDER, all items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.  

 

Cancellations

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started. 

 

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@eleganthomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns.   Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@eleganthomeusa.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
