PuriCare 500IG Air filtration System compared to PuriCare 500, its unique double ionization technology produces equal amounts of positive and negative ions. The Puricare 500IG has a 1/8 HP motor that operates at three adjustable speeds (i.e. 350, 450 or 500 CFM). Switching between these speeds is very convenient. Adding a negative ion device to a woodworking dust collector is a concept not usually found in woodworking shops. The idea behind using negative ions (also called "anions") is to clean and freshen the air, and they are more commonly associated with air purifiers. The installation of such a device in a dust extraction system for woodworking offers the following advantages:
Improved dust collection - Negative ions increase the likelihood that particles in the air will clump or cluster together. If this is the case, larger clumped particles can be more easily captured by the dust collector.
Possible reduction of microbes - Some studies show that negative ions can reduce bacteria and viruses in the air. Although wood workshops are generally not a high risk for these pathogens, any additional reduction can be beneficial, especially in a closed environment.
Reduce odors - Negative ions that produce ozone can neutralize odors and reduce the level of harmful chemicals in the air. In woodworking shops, especially when certain paints, adhesives, or types of wood are used, strong odors can sometimes occur.
Maintain Lung Health - Inhaling wood dust has been linked to many diseases, such as dermatitis, asthma, various allergies, and cancer. However, simply having a dust collector in your workshop will not provide sufficient protection against this dire consequence. Air filtration systems designed for woodworking workshops can purify the air by capturing particles as small as 0.001 mm. Dust collectors cannot capture particles of this size. Thus, without using an air filter, you risk exposing yourself to life-threatening wood chips that are too minuscule to be caught by other purification systems.

The PuriCare 500IG is designed to improve air quality in medium to large woodworking or metalworking workshops (i.e. saws, sanders, planers). It is specially strengthened in motor and air volume, which can absorb pollutants from machines, pads, tools, walls and windowsills more efficiently.
Additionally, its unique double ionization technology makes particles in the air charged by ions, causing them to aggregate and be captured by the filter. At the same time, active oxygen is generated to remove odors, volatile organic compounds (VOC) from tobacco, food, pets, paints, mold and mildew, and even carcinogenic formaldehyde emitted from furniture, laminate floors, and wooden cabinets. This makes it perform better than a HEPA filter.
The system also works well in similar environments such as renovations, warehouses, salons, print shops, and other enclosed spaces.
Safety Instructions
The power cord of the machine must be plugged into a grounded socket.
The power supply of the machine must not be higher than the specified power supply.
Do not use the machine after there is water inside the machine.
The machine should not be installed outdoors or in places that may be eroded by Rain Water to avoid electricity leakage and fire.
Do not run the machine without a filter installed
Refrain from moving the unit during operation
Do not place a shield within the 600mm around the air inlet and outlet of the product.
The machine has to be disconnected from power before it can operate internally.
If hooks are installed on the ceiling, the load-bearing capacity of the ceiling must be greater than 110 lbs.
If the dust collector is to be installed on the ceiling, the distance between the bottom of the dust collector and the ground must be greater than 7in.
Installation requires two people.
Under poor air quality, there will be a lot of dust in front of the control panel, which needs to be
cleaned up.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail.
Order Shipment
Products usually ship out within 1-3 business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of some our products, we do not offer express shipping options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@eleganthomeusa.com. We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Once shipped, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days (does not include processing time or weekends). If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 5-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OKAY with that date.

Back-ordered Items
When you see "Est. Restock Date" just above the "Add to Cart" button that means that the item will be restocked in the warehouse on or about that date. Although we make every effort that all items shown on Water Adventure Pro are in stock or show the item as marked as "Backordered", occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item all together.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately within 24 hours at (800) 961-6772. For your safety and records it is advisable to send us an email as a follow up to your call. Your email should be sent from the email associated with your Water Adventure Pro online account. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
Freight Shipping
Large or heavy items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Freight delivery is typically 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) for curbside delivery
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. Some items may be very large and heavy, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.
The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Request to hold items prior to shipping is allowed. Once the item is shipped, requesting for delayed shipping is prohibited and will result in item being shipped back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We have a 30-day return policy except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@eleganthomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.
