The ALL new Titan TP-Alpha has been thoughfully engineered to provide comfort and support, yet delivering all the benefits of a full body L Track massage, that extends from the neck to the hamstrings. This innovative chair is fitted with Titan’s best features along with some new innovations, first of its kind design and functions.
The TP-Alpha is equipped with adjustable shoulders that allow you to change the width from narrow to wide (22” to 17”).
As the roller system massages into the neck area, it continue through to the lower back and then proceeds to massage the glutes and to the top of the hamstrings. The L shaped track has a total range of 50” with a maximum height of 6”4’ and max weight capacity of 235 lbs.
When activating the chair it will initiate a computer body scan that will roll from top to bottom, to measure the key areas of the back and to measure your height. This allows for the chair to deliver a highly effective massage with a consistant pressure throughout course of the pre-set program. Before the body scan starts it is recommended that you comfortably position yourself where your back is completely pressed against the backrest for an accurate reading
Located at the bottom of the foot massager are 2 different types of Massage enhancements. The 1st is a roller that spins with bumps on the outer part of the wheel, to mimick the the feel of thumbs pressing on to bridge or balls of the feet. The 2nd action is the forward and back motion, where the rounded points move front and back scraping the bridge and heels of the feet. With the airbag compression, you are getting 3 different types of massage at one time. The speed of the rollers can be adjusted to 3 different speeds.
Inspired by NASA technology, the Zero Gravity position is the perfect position to enjoy a massage, aligning your back relative to your thigh at an optimal level of comfort. When reclined into the zero gravity position, the complete weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest which maximizes the intensity of the massage. There are 2 stages of zero gravity, the 2nd being more reclined, to where your legs are higher than your heart level
Simply slide your arms and hands into the side panel cavity. With the unibody upper body construction, the arms massager will stay in the same position, regardless if you recline or raise the backrest. The straight arm position allows you to fully relax the arms, allowing you to freely drop the arms to your side in a very natural manner.

When operating the chair in manual mode, you can select from 5 different massage styles ranging from shiatsu, kneading, flapping, knocking and kneading & tapping.
Store up to 2 different massage programs. Select the massage functions you most enjoy and activate the chair. Once the chair begins to perform the your selections, press the M1 or M2 button to store it into the chair’s memory. The next time you get in to the chair save time from having to reprogram it and simply press the massage stored in to its memory.
This Remote control has been thoughtfully designed to fit in the palm of a hand, easy to hold and operate but don’t let the simplicity fool you. The reomte is highly intuitive and allows the user to have percise control of the massage. The easy to see LCD screen displays what part of the chair’s features are activated and where the massage heads are located. It indicates the remaining time of the massage with the intensity meter of the airbags and speed of the massage heads.
The Titan Apha is equipped with a total of 28 airbags. The number of airbags in most cases will date the chair. The newest models have reduced the total number of airbags and have increased the coverage. The more individual airbags there are, the more working parts it requires and valves. The airbags are made of the latest type of material, allowing for the airbags to contour the body with an even distribution on pressure.
On each side of the lower lumbar area are individual heating pads. The heat therapy is a great compliment to the back massage. Heating the body’s temperature is known increase blood circulation and loosen tense muscles. The heating pad is not intended to exceed more than 30 minutes of usage per day.
Most typical massage chairs consume a lot of space, especially when in the recline position. Massage chairs require up to 3 feet behind the backrest in order for the chair to fully recline. Titan’s innovative design team has engineered a space saving technology that slides the chair forward as the chair reclines. Less than 6 inches of space is required when laying back!
The Titan Alpha take convenience to a new level. No more fussing with the remote to operate the most vital commands of the chair! Located on the top of the side panel, we have installed 5 buttons that control the recline and the legrest, along with a pause feature that stops the chair from all functions.
The Titan Alpha is equipped bluetooth technology, allowing the user to listen to their favorite songs and answer calls on high quality speakers located on the headrest. The sound is localized and directed to concentrate the sound towards the user of the chair. This will reduce the audio levels around its environment.

Products $199.99 and below will incur additional flat shipping rate of $15.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail.
Order Shipment
Products usually ship out within 1-3 business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of some our products, we do not offer express shipping options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@eleganthomeusa.com. We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Once shipped, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days (does not include processing time or weekends). If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 5-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OKAY with that date.

Due to Covid-19 there might be delays up to several additional business days for larger items and non-essentials. This notice supersedes other notices herein.
Back-ordered Items
When you see "Est. Restock Date" just above the "Add to Cart" button that means that the item will be restocked in the warehouse on or about that date. Although we make every effort that all items shown on Water Adventure Pro are in stock or show the item as marked as "Backordered", occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item all together.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately within 24 hours at (800) 961-6772. For your safety and records it is advisable to send us an email as a follow up to your call. Your email should be sent from the email associated with your Water Adventure Pro online account. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
Freight Shipping
Large or heavy items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Freight delivery is typically 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) for curbside delivery
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. Some items may be very large and heavy, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.
The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Request to hold items prior to shipping is allowed. Once the item is shipped, requesting for delayed shipping is prohibited and will result in item being shipped back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We have a 30-day return policy except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@eleganthomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
