Shipping method was done very well. Everything arrived without any visible damage. The power cord is difficult to connect and the connection on the stove is flimsy so be careful. Also the surround should be notched for the power cord to exit from rear of insert.

First of all the comfort built stove is very well made. The also have very good videos to setup and adjust your stove. It many features to adjust it to heat your home however you would like. So far it been great.

Install was easy enough, instructions were not the best. Had to call to figure out the limits and it went right to a human who was so extremely helpful! I’ll be getting another for sure!

Days beyond the estimated delivery window, WG contacted me and scheduled a delivery date and time. Two 'dudes' showed up without the promised 'call-ahead' and proceeded to back the delivery truck across the lawn breaking off several tree branches. After lowering the box to the driveway, one dude aggressively rolled the box over several times while failing to shove it onto a small handcart. Following the 3rd failure, the box fell off the cart rolled down the lawn. The 'dudes' had no other equipment and said they couldn't move the now split open box. I suggested opening the box and carried the chairback into my home. I returned and helped put the chair onto the handcart and assisted carrying the chair into the home so it wouldn't fall off the cart. Finally inside the dudes clearly demonstrated they knew nothing about assembling the chair, even with the instruction sheet in hand. After minutes of fumbling around, one dude tipped the chair base on its back causing the metal frame to scratch the hardwood floor. I finally asked for the instruction sheet, connected the wires, guided the chairback into position, tested the chair and sent the dudes on their way. It was painfully obvious that the two dudes had been given a truck full of merchandise to deliver without any experience or training. The WG delivery experience was a complete nightmare!

The wrong color was delivered. Waiting on correct one to be delivered.

Assy requires 2 people, but one really needs to know what the hell he is doing.

Assy order is suboptimal. Step 22 should be moved earlier because it is very hard to work at ceiling level.

Step 6: part 24 is just a little short of fitting closely. It can be tighted with fasteners but this looks like poor QC. See gap in photo.

Its looks great and is very attractive. The matterss is a little firm and am hoping it softens some. Only used once.

We love our hidden bed. It allowed us to have a Den and guest room in our 2 Bedroom apartment

The lift came complete and with no damage. I was kind of surprised how flimsy the base was compared to how it looks online. We got it all assembled and began to layout the ceiling brackets. Be sure you pay attention to the minimum requirements PLUS anything along your walls etc. Installation was pretty clear and we had it ready to adjust in no time. Here is where it gets interesting. There are several sets of directions that come with the lift. There is also an online version that has more detail and is easier to troubleshoot. We used the printed one as I was on a man lift and paper worked better for me. Since we have a very high bay and got the extended cable version our travel time up and down was longer than normal. We are also in Arizona and it was hot that day and so one of the motors was overheating and that triggers a 20 min wait. Getting the upper and lower limits dialed in should not take as much time as it did. There are items not mentioned on the printed instructions that are spelled out online. I wish I had used that version and saved a bunch of time. I would also suggest that you install some fender washers and long screws to hold the wire frames to the base. Works great once it is all dialed in.

I haven’t put it yet. Looks like everything is here. I ordered 2 side cabinets to go with my matching Murphy bed. Looks like it will work.

We placed the order for 2 Kruger Svange LED Medicine Cabinet and completely satisfied! We received the 1st package quickly and the 2nd package was received 1 week later probably because of the shipper. Highly recommend them!!

We just love the Murphy Bed we purchased a month ago. My husband likes the big desk he has with it, also the storage from one of the towers. Recently had guests and they loved the Murphy Bed! Love the ease of easy up and easy down when an extra bed is needed. Fits perfect in the room we needed it in! 👍

Came broken! I need to have the replacement

I installed it myself instruction could have been better. Had to drill out the grey end cap had burs in them missing tie downs on platform rails works hope it last right side motor has a poping noise but works.

Looks great. Very sturdy. Little more complicated to build than I thought. We are in our 70’s and some parts were pretty heavy for us.

This Touchstone Sideline Infinity 3-sided linear fireplace was fairly easy to install as a wall mount and looks great. Leonard in customer service was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Just wanted to let you know that delivery went smoothly and I was able to assemble and get it into our home myself. Happy with the unit and impressed with how sturdy it is.

If you are on the fence, choose this one. I did my research and this fireplace did not disappoint. It was packed perfectly, arrived on time and was easy to install.

Suffering from debilitating chronic back conditions, The UltraComfort Artemis UC562 does not disappoint!! The ZQ function in conjunction with the Eclipse Motion really lets you find a sweet spot.

I got this thing and had to put in my shop seeing as we were getting new floors and new furniture. I looked it over once I unpackaged it and it looked fine. no obvious tears or anything like that. After we got the floors in last thursday I was able to finally get my chair in. I had tried it at a local store and found it here 5 hundred dollars cheaper. YAY. However as I was plugging it in and setting it up where I wanted I noticed the the top corners looked like they had been rubbing against a wall or something. Almost like this was a used or floor model chair. I went to the email that was sent and they made sure to say if I didn't see anything after 24 hours it was mine as is. Well if you say that then you don't get a good review if I finally see a flaw that was unnoticed. I am positive it didn't happen during transport. It was just the top back corners that looked rubbed on for a while.

We've just installed the unit and everything went up easy. We have a pitched ceiling, no problem. The system is working great. Have not loaded it up yet, but I did hang from it to test it and it worked great (200lbs). I'm sure that's not recommended, but I wanted to make sure for my client that it wasn't going to fail ;) ! We ordered three - client loves them.
